1 Bedroom Getaways In Folkestone

Positive: Not far from the town centre, quite and hardly any noise at night, nice walk to the beach and lovely area to stay Negative: Maybe, have a fan in place for the hot weather but apart from that nothing was wrong

August Saturday Night Stay Positive: The apartment was great; it's clean, nicely decorated & furnished & in a great location. Great communication about the key codes etc & I liked that I could've whatsapp'd if I had a problem. I will definitely book it again when I next need to stay in Folkestone. Negative: Knocked a point off as the pillows were too flat for me (I'll take my own when I go back) but I liked everything else.

Poor check-in experience, which was made worse by terrible communication. Once we got in, the stay was not up to standar Positive: Location was close enough to town and rail stations Negative: Where do I start….renter didn’t leave the key in lockbox and took 3 hours to drop it off. All communication seemed to be from an AI/bot, with no actual human to talk to resulting in a very frustrating experience and didn’t offer anything to rectify the situation. Almost felt like a scam. Once we eventually got in the apartment was not particularly clean, and bed was very uncomfortable. Overall a very negative experience and poor value for money

Terrible Positive: Nothing it was awful I didn’t even end up staying the night it was all extremely dodgy I have never had a problem with booking.com and I have used it multiple times, however with this property it wasn’t great at all. Negative: Everything the process
